About Benchmark Arbitration
Benchmark Arbitration was founded by Mark W. Gilbert after years of acting as an arbitrator individually and through other arbitration organizations (individually or on a panel). While Mr. Gilbert still occasionally arbitrates through other companies or on his own, the mission of providing efficient and cost effective arbitration services was paramount in starting Benchmark Arbitration with the desire to provide a better option for parties seeking arbitration services. A further emphasis of Benchmark Arbitration is to provide arbitration services in all civil matters including construction defects, non-subscriber workplace issues, condemnation disputes and auto collisions. Benchmark Arbitration also provides arbitrators experienced in trials of civil matters with emphasis on prior representation and work experience representing both the Claimant and Respondent sides of litigation as well as former Civil Judges. In this way Benchmark seeks to provide the best in experienced and objective resolution of your arbitrated dispute.
